Yes — on Starter and above. We'll walk you through connecting your domain. If you don't have one yet, we'll point you to where to buy one (typically $10–15/year). Your site deploys to an x4digital subdomain by default on free plans.

x4digital handles all hosting on a global CDN — no separate hosting fees, no server setup. It's included in your plan price. Your site will load fast anywhere in the world with SSL included automatically.

Yes. All plans include the ability to download your complete site as a ZIP file — HTML, CSS, images, and all. You own your site outright and can host it elsewhere at any time.

After 30 days, your account downgrades to the Free plan — your site stays live with 1 page displayed, but revisions are disabled. You can upgrade to any paid plan at any time to restore full functionality. We'll email you a reminder before your trial ends.

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your billing dashboard and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. Your site doesn't disappear — it downgrades to free tier behavior.

Every x4digital account (including free) gets a referral link. When someone signs up through your link and stays on a paid plan, you earn 20% of their monthly subscription — forever, as long as they're a customer. Payouts are monthly via PayPal or bank transfer on balances over $25.

Yes — on the Pro plan and above. We build full e-commerce functionality: product catalog, cart, and checkout. No separate Shopify account needed. Pro also includes user accounts and member areas, so you can build subscription-gated content too.

Contact forms are included on Starter and above. Booking and scheduling is available on Power and above (Calendly embed) and native built-in booking on Pro. Form submissions are saved in your dashboard on Power and above.
